Perfect sized car storage for the Viliv X70

I have the car mount in my daily driver but had to use the other car for a couple of days. Since there’s a gps on the window already i just needed somewhere to put it to stop it flying off the seat: viola!

Ideal portable UMPC X70 setup?

Got everything humming in Windows 7 so I thought I’d build my travel setup for the interstate trips I’m about to begin taking.

The setup consists of:

Viliv X70 with Windows 7 Ultimate and Open Office

Think Outside Stowaway universal bluetooth keyboard

Think Outside Stowaway travel mouse

Windows 7 running like a dream on the X70 with full tablet features

After a few hours of flaky wifi (seems to clash with the bluetooth) windows 7 is running well on the X70. I used citanics hosted hid installer and have full functionality as a tablet which is great as windows 7 has some great features.

Viliv X70 hot off the plane

About to nuke the japanese xp home (useless os for a tablet) and put on windows 7.

I’m impressed with the speed of the thing already, very fast sleep and resume and all apps opening.
